Having the ability to work from home comes with many benefits, namely flexibility, independence, and comfort. With these benefits also come a few difficulties. There are challenges unique to working from a home office. How do you get started? How do you create your own structure from thin air? How do you prevent burnout from all the responsibility? In addition the course will look at the issues around setting work/life boundaries, scheduling one’s workday, organizing one’s home office or workspace, navigating distractions in the home, increasing one’s productivity and work efficiency and maintaining motivation while working from home.
