Objective
i) to provide background knowledge and understanding of principles of RS, RS Sensors and systems; ii) overview of information retrieval of earth surface features using multi-resolution, multi-scale and multi-temporal imagery; iii) introduction of image processing and classification techniques; and iv) enable spatial and temporal thinking to relate remote sensing for real-world applications.
